Top pay with room for advancement! STARTING pay is about $17.00 per hour with built in overtime for applicant with no prior glass industry experience. We are not just looking for someone that's content answering phones and collecting the same old hourly paycheck week after week. Specific Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming calls in professional and courteous manner
• Assist with efficient scheduling and routing of service professionals
• Complete work orders, return customer calls, and respond/assist in resolving customer complaints
• Collect payments and follow up on missed payments
• Perform other duties as needed, which may include cross-training in related positions

Minimum Job Requirements:

• VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE
• Computer literate and able to type. Keyboard proficiency is a must in our fast paced environment so that we can provide quick service to customers.
