As a Customer Support Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers with loading their vehicles and ensuring the store's entrance is welcoming and well-maintained.

The key tasks of this position include:

• Providing excellent customer service by interacting positively with customers as they arrive and depart.
• Monitoring and maintaining a sufficient quantity of shopping carts near the entrance.
• Collaborating with fellow Home Depot associates to ensure smooth operations.

Your role is vital, as you are often the first and last point of contact for customers in the store. Strong customer service skills are essential.
