Description:

Customer Service Representatives primarily receive inbound calls and emails from consumers and lenders for assistance with their title insurance and settlement service transactions. Customer Service Representatives are problem solvers with good negotiation skills who are self-driven and motivated to meet individual service goals. Your job will be to provide white-glove service and create raving fans. Our ideal candidate has superb organizational skills, a knack for customer service,


This position is a remote role and will operate on Pacific Standard Time.


Compensation:


$75,000 - $95,000


Responsibilities:



  • Responds promptly to customer needs, and solicits customer feedback to improve service.

  • Ability to de-escalate customer concerns and complaints by actively listening to the customer and providing solutions to resolve the matter.

  • Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations.

  • Multi-tasks by way of navigating multiple computer applications, while actively listening and speaking to customers and documenting our title and settlement file in our workflow system.

  • Demonstrates accuracy, attention to detail, and thoroughness.

  • Look for ways to improve and promote quality.

  • Escalates items to the appropriate manager or department.

  • Able to review and thoroughly understand title insurance files.

  • Familiar with title and settlement services processes.

  • Maintains confidentiality, and listens to others without interrupting.

  • Maintain multiple email boxes.

  • Handle high email and call volume.

  • Willing to operate on Pacific Standard Time

  • Critical thinking: uses logical thought processes to analyze and draw a conclusion

  • Attentive to details

  • Customer-focused: is pleasant, courteous, and professional when dealing with internal and external customers or clients

  • Planning and organizing: plans and prioritizes work to manage time effectively and continuously meet deadlines

  • Telephone skills, including a pleasant phone voice and etiquette

  • Verbal communication: maintains open lines of communication with others

  • Writing: uses standard English to clearly communicate thoughts, ideas, and information in written form

  • Self Motivated

  • Dependable and reliable: displays responsible behaviors at work


Salary/Compensation: $75,000 - $95,000 per year
