What You Will Do

  • Support the DPA efforts to include implementation requirements, communications, and tracking at P&W.
  • Act as liaison between P&W Ethics and Compliance Officers (ECOs), Governance lead, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Compliance Investigations, and the Compliance program teams on such implementation.
  • Create and manage a master tracker to include required initiatives with associated resources, timelines, etc., and associated communications.
  • Interact with RTX, Raytheon, and Collins counterparts on DPA deliverables as applicable.
  • Manage and/or support vital E&C projects and activities to include:
    • Onboarding/access for new E&C employees and Local ECOs.
    • Managing the compliance mailbox.
    • Site visit program management responsibilities.
    • Other projects as assigned.

  • Work horizontally and vertically across GEC, Legal Contracts and Compliance (LCC), and other appropriate functions at P&W and RTX.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Occasional domestic travel as needed.


Qualifications You Must Have
  • Bachelors degree and 5+ years of project management experience; OR an Advanced degree and 3+ years of project management experience.

  • Strong organizational skills, with ability to prioritize tasks.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively and independently with individuals at all levels in the organization, including executives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft and deliver clear, concise business correspondence.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Technical skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Remote role. Employees who are working in remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employees personal responsibility.

Salaries: $82,000 - $164,000 USD

Specific benefits are dependent on the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective?bargaining agreement.
