Comfort Advisor

Robinson Air is a heating and air conditioning service and installation company that is currently seeking highly motivated, in-home sales representatives to sell comfort solutions to homeowners. This is potentially a six-figure position if you have the skills and talent. We are in the business of helping homeowners live more comfortably and affordably in their homes.

Job Description:

• Identify, contact, provide quotes, and close orders on HVAC solutions and other home comfort needs for prospective and existing customers.
• Determine customer requirements and expectations to make additional recommendations.
• Maintain and expand knowledge of products
• Serve as the leader of the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction
• Conduct post-sale follow up to ensure all quotes, information, and pricing has been received
• Follow up with open quotes
• Build and maintain customer relationships
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times while providing the best service in the industry to our customers
• Visit job sites as needed to measure or provide client services
• Assisting with collections and collecting payment

Job Requirements:

• Valid drivers license.
• HVAC Sales experience preferred
• Strong sale closing and customer management skills
• Strong technical/analytical ability and organizational skills
• A high school degree or equivalent is required. College education or degree is desirable, but not required
• Excellent customer interface required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
