As a District Manager, you will oversee 5-10 restaurants within a designated region, driving sales and profitability through effective financial management and strong leadership. You will provide guidance and support to Restaurant General Managers, ensuring the successful operation of each location while upholding company policies and procedures. Requirements: Two to four years of multi-unit supervisory experience in the QSR restaurant industry is required. High School Diploma or College Degree is preferred. Knowledge of OSHA and EEOC regulations, and federal and state employment laws. Demonstrated success in financial management and people development. Must have excellent computer skills with proficiency in Word, and Excel, and the ability to navigate through the Internet. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
