Review and maintain WWTP reporting on a daily basis.
Oversees and maintains WWTP operations.
Track and control permitted parameters within acceptable limits.
Recommend, assist, and implement WWTP projects that will improve cost, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
Monitor chemical needs, inventory, and usage and develop a tracking system.
Synchronizes work efforts with production and WWTP so it is executed efficiently with minimal disruption to ongoing production.
Work with outside contractors and vendors to acquire and compare competitive bids for their services and maintain records to track costs.
Respond and provide assistance in all emergency situations.
Holds daily meetings with supervisor to review daily tasks and goals.
Leads all Home Station Group Meetings.
Maintain calibration of all inline and laboratory equipment and recordkeeping.
Manage development and training of all WWTP operators.
Manage development and updating SOP's, operations manuals, and data sheets.
Develop KPI's and data tracking system.
Serve as a backup to the Environmental and Utilities Manager as needed.
