You will report to the Corporate Global Amentum Talent Acquisition Sourcing Manager and will be engaging passive talent from competitive and adjacent markets to identify, engage and introduce to the global Amentum team.
Our sourcing team is remotely based offering full-time telework/telecommuting supporting core east coast hours.
Responsibilities of this Role:
The talent sourcing role actively engages talent at all levels from all data sources to include sourcing externally in the open market as well as within our own CRM, ATS, and talent management systems
This is a “full lifecycle” sourcing role beginning with research, profile enrichment, and data management in our CRM and ending with fully qualified applicants completing the application process.
You'll partner with our key hiring leaders and market-facing sales teams to qualify and consult on hiring strategy, shape sourcing strategy at scale, and engage in competitor intelligence gathering
You'll be provided top tier tools in our growing technology stack that includes a sourcing friendly ATS, CRM, and nextgen market-facing sourcing tools
You'll be on the phone in this role! You'll be engaging candidates directly to ensure they know the value of an Amentum opportunity, build relationships with passive candidates, and actively manage your pipelines.
You'll wear many hats, our Sourcers will support critical open positions as well as support key program bids including key personnel sourcing and bid support as well as supporting our recruiting delivery team who fills 3000 reqs annually and requires active sourcing support on critical roles These positions will play a key role in our team's drive to build an industry leading work environment in a challenging federal services domain focusing on building critical skillset pipelines and acting as talent consultants for our four Business Groups
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of hands-on recruiting/sourcing experience. An additional 4 years of relevant experience may be considered in place of a degree. Related experience includes recent technical external-facing recruiting or talent sourcing in a technical, engineering, intelligence community, federal or aerospace industry.
Prior experience with talent sourcing tools and technology.
US citizenship is required as well as the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance of secret or above
Demonstrated experience qualifying both talent needs and candidates against those needs with a measured track record of success including time to fill, pipeline conversion, pipeline health, and sourcing metrics.
These roles will require a naturally curious mindset when it comes to hiring technology, embracing how to work and source at scale leveraging technology and automation where possible to outwork and stay ahead of our competitors.
Preferred Qualifications:
Staffing agency experience
Prior experience supporting federal contract bids & proposals
Familiarity with OFCCP & EEO hiring laws
Prior training in SourceCon Academy, AIRS, Social Talent, or related structured sourcing training

Requires sitting for extended periods at a desk (90%). Requires sitting at a computer terminal for long periods (90%).
Work Environment
Home Office or Inside office/cubicle environment. Requires ability to interact professionally with co-workers and all levels of management (100%).

Requires ability to operate a personal computer, a telephone, copier, and other general office equipment (100%).
Attendance
Attendance is critical. Work hours are normally 8 hours per day and 5 days per week, Monday through Friday. Being prompt is important to provide continuous and ongoing service to customers. Attendance is important to maintain continuity of service. Work outside of normal duty hours may be required with as little as one-hour notice. Overtime is infrequent, but important when required (1%).
For employees based in Colorado, this position starts at $83,000.00 per year.
