About Us - Established in 1982, we are one of the largest above-ground pool retailers in the United States. Our extensive advertising efforts ensure you receive the warmest, pre-approved appointments in the industry. Our customers are already pre-approved for loans and ready to purchase, making your sales experience as seamless as possible!

Expectations and Requirements

1. Sales experience is helpful but not essential; we provide training for the right candidate.
2. Must possess reliable transportation. (REQUIRED)
3. Valid Driver's License, Social Security Card, and Proof of Auto Insurance are mandatory. (REQUIRED)
4. A smartphone is essential. (REQUIRED)
5. Willingness to work full-time, including at least 6 days a week, is crucial. Flexibility in availability is possible. (REQUIRED)
6. Ability to travel within a 2-hour radius is a must. (REQUIRED)
7. Immediate start is required. (REQUIRED)
8. A positive attitude and a willingness to have fun are essential! (REQUIRED)

Compensation for Sales Associates

• Earn a base pay of $25 plus commission for every appointment you conduct, regardless of the outcome.
• Conduct 2-3 credit pre-approved appointments daily.
• Close an average of 5-6 sales each week.
• Earn $600-$700 per sale on average.
• ACHIEVE AVERAGE EARNINGS OF $2,500-$3,500 PER WEEK!
• Receive an additional $100 bonus for every finance sale.
• Get an extra $150 bonus for every cash sale.
• Payments are made semi-monthly, on the 5th and 20th.
