Minimum Requirements:

1. Associate's degree or equivalent industry experience required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
2. At least three years of experience in the branch, highly preferred.

Description:

The Branch Manager will direct and supervise the staff and day-to-day operations in the assigned branch location, ensuring delivery of quality customer service and achievement of sales, service, and operational goals. Required to drive business growth, while maintaining compliance with all regulations and displaying strong leadership and customer service skills.
