Pool Pros is seeking a dependable and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team and assist with the installation and construction of custom swimming pools across residential and commercial projects. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assist with all phases of pool construction including excavation, plumbing, concrete work, steel installation, and jobsite cleanup
• Load and unload construction materials and tools
• Dig trenches, move materials, and prepare sites for various stages of the build
• Operate basic tools and assist skilled tradespeople as directed
• Maintain safety protocols and a clean work environment
• Support lead foremen and crew members with setup and breakdown of job sites
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions and jobsite environments
• Adapt to a variety of tasks and responsibilities as needed each day

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or physical labor preferred
• Willingness to learn new skills and follow directions with attention to detail
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor conditions
• Must work well independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license is preferred but not required
• Comfortable with early start times and flexible jobsite locations

Schedule:

• Full-time | Monday to Friday
• 8-10 hour shifts, with occasional weekend work as needed

Work Location:

• Travel to variable job sites across the region (residential and commercial)
• Start and end days at designated shop/staging areas
