Assemble parts, and position, align and fasten units to assembles, sub-assemblies, or units by using a variety of tools and equipment.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Read, interpret, and follow assembly drawings, diagrams, and schematics to determine component parts and assembly sequence.
Operate equipment or use hand tools to position, align and adjust parts for proper fits and assembly.
Test assembled part to ensure functionality.
Identify and report any faulty components or hazardous conditions during the assembly process.
Troubleshoot and make necessary repairs and corrections to meet specifications.
Ensure all work performed is in a quality minded, tidy & accurate manner.
Prepare all surfaces and components as necessary to ensure no damage occurs during assembly and testing.
Adhere to all Company policies
Follow all applicable company and corporate polies, guiding principles, procedures, and programs, including but not limited to quality, health, safety, and environmental requirements.
Attend work per work schedule.
Possess all tools required for the position within 90 days of employment.
Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or Equivalent (preferred)
0-5+ years related experience or demonstrated competency in a related field
Basic reading, writing and math skills (required)
Familiarity with standard power and hand tools
Manufacturing or experience working with large equipment (preferred)
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to lift to 50lbs
Must be able to operate a forklift and crane

Strong mechanical aptitude
Ability to interpret technical documents to properly manufacture the final product.
