Job Description
CRNA needed for full-time position. Great group of providers, autonomous CRNA practice. NO OB/Call, OR call is 1:9 from home

Will take Locums to perm if the right fit. Light call preferred.

Surgical Cases / Anesthetic Considerations

General, ENT, Urology, Orthopedic, GYN, CV. Labor Epidurals and SAB for c sections.

All B&B cases. No primary OB responsibility. Minimal Peds.

Anesthesia Staff

Chief CRNA

Model: Supervision/collaborative

Anesthesiologist: 2/day, 1 CV call/day

CRNA Non-call: 9/day

CRNA Call: 1 OR call/day; (OB is carved-out and not part of nightly call)

Notes: OB call is run by OB-only CRNAs 24/7/365

CRNA: 30-40 cases per day

Invasive Lines: Yes

A Lines: Yes

Regional Block: Yes

Ultrasound guided PNB: Yes

Predominately CRNA supervision, CRNAs do own cases

Great team-oriented approach, great culture and clinical quality

CRNA's provide OR call coverage from home

MD provides clinical back-up and primary CV call coverage from home.

Minimal pediatrics.

Ultrasound block ability preferred but can also quickly teach

Requirements

Operating Rooms: 8 + CV

OB: 1

Non-Operating Room Anesthetics (NORA): 2 GI

Provide coverage for

10 OR's 7a-3p

4 OR's 3p-5p

2 OR's 5p-7p

Benefits

Staff Compensation for Full-Time

CRNA Salary: $310,000 1099

CRNA Vacation Time: 7 weeks

Call: OR-only 1:9

Extra shifts available for additional compensation but not required
